Recruiting? |
|
| |
| Have you ever placed a "want ad" with un-satisfying results? Of course you have. As a matter of fact, you have placed many many ads like this, understanding that it really is an adventure trying to hire professional Sales People. Well have you ever thought of "training them before you hire them?" All you do is pick the best 6 - 8 people from the recruiting ad, and tell them that you are going to hire the best 2 - 3 or what ever you need. They get a great understanding of what they are getting into before they have to commit, and you get "serious committed employees." Can you imagine how much greater your hiring understanding would be if you only got to see them in action before you commit to allowing them to talk to your valued customers? You would see how they interact in a selling sequence. Watch them role play through some scenarios, and most of all allow them to truly decide whether they want to "try" the car business, or "master" the car business. Too often we hire purel y off a resume, and very often we hire the wrong person. Let's face it everyone is schooled what to say in an interview. Let's check their sales aptitude to ensure we build a great sales person for your dealership!
